2027 ITA Solo & Ensemble Competitions announcement
The 2027 repertoire and competition rules are now available online. Applications will be accepted October 12–December 14, 2026, with preliminary rounds taking place through recorded submissions.
Finalists will be invited to perform live at the 2027 International Trombone Festival, July 7–10, at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, USA.
With 14 solo and ensemble competitions covering a wide range of ages, instruments, and styles, we encourage trombonists from around the world to take part.
