The International Trombone Association will use the information submitted through this form only to assess and administer applications for the ITA Ray and Vera Conniff Endowment Scholarship.

Application materials will be accessible only to authorized ITA administrators and members of the scholarship selection committee. They will be retained for [retention period] and then securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is legally or administratively required.
