Hungarian Trombone Camp

The 9th Hungarian Trombone Camp offers a premier summer experience for trombonists seeking high-level instruction and preparation for university auditions or professional advancement. Hosted in Paks, Hungary, this four-day camp welcomes participants of all ages and backgrounds for a dynamic schedule of masterclasses, ensemble rehearsals, and performances.
Led by internationally renowned artists Zoltán Kiss, Mátyás Veér, and Sándor Szabó, the camp provides a rare opportunity to study with some of the finest trombone educators in Europe. Students will gain insight into techniques used in top conservatories and orchestras, including flexibility training, orchestral audition preparation, and solo performance development.
Each day includes joint warm-ups, focused lessons, ensemble rehearsals, and public concerts. With a strong emphasis on both musical excellence and community, the Hungarian Trombone Camp fosters an inspiring environment for growth, connection, and artistic exploration.
