International Composition Call

Open to composers of all ages and nationalities, the competition accepts original, individually composed classical, contemporary, experimental and other art music. Solo, chamber, orchestral and concerto works are eligible, with no instrumentation or duration limit. Submit a score/work-description PDF, an accessible audio/video URL, or both; a recording is not required.

• Entry fee: JPY 5,000 per work; JPY 7,000 during the final 14 days. Optional jury feedback: additional JPY 5,000.
• Grand Prize: total prize money JPY 100,000, normally one recipient (at most two), plus a certificate. Approximately 35 Special Prizes carry certificates, subject to the rules.
• Results planned for 28 February 2027.
