Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Trombone Day

First annual Trombone Day on April 12, 2025! The event is free and open to trombonists of all ages and skill levels! It will be a full day of music-making, learning, and collaboration.

Highlights include:
—Group warm-up session to start the day right
—Trombone choir reading session for all participants
—Faculty recital and Masterclass with our new trombone instructor, Dr. Matt Hoormann
—Final concert showcasing the participant trombone choir along with the SIUE Trombone Ensemble
