ITA Mourns Passing of Cristian Ganicenco

Cristian Ganicenco, Principal Trombone of the Cincinnati SO

On behalf of the International Trombone Association, we are saddened to learn of the passing of Cristian Ganicenco, Principal Trombone of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

We recognize the significance of his role as a performer and teacher, and we know his loss will be deeply felt by those who knew and worked with him. Our thoughts are with his family, colleagues, and students during this difficult time.
