Trombones and the Holidays

Happy New Year!

We’re looking back on a fabulous month with many Christmas performances.

In Colorado Springs, Trombone Christmas was held for the eleventh time on Dec. 21st at the Sunrise United Methodist Church.

The A-State Trombone Studio performed at the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library on Dec. 15th.

Two “Jingle Bones” projects were performed by the University of Southern Mississippi Trombone Studio in Hattiesburg, and the University of Alabama in Birmingham at local elderly homes.

About 70 musicians played at the UNT College of music trombone studio Christmas concert.

And 188 trombonists performed at the Trombone Christmas Anaheim on Dec. 13th.
