- Download a hardcopy printable membership application form
- Access your Online Membership Account
- Explore membership Levels
A $3.00 discount will be applied to all on-time renewals made online.
You may also submit your registration by mail using the printable application form.
Online credit card payment is taken in US Dollars only.

Once a membership has been initiated, it is non-refundable. This applies to all membership tiers and payment plans. We do not provide refunds for any amounts paid, regardless of usage or cancellation requests, after the membership has started.
