An 8-day summer trombone intensive welcoming talented trombonists from across the country to the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

Hosted by Haim Avitsur at various locations, the Summer Trombone Workshop is open to serious students and young professionals.

The Bay View Music Festival is the oldest North American chamber music festival. This festival showcases orchestras and world-class singers in concerts June through August.

Annual weeklong Trombone Symposium hosted by Columbus State University in Georgia. Faculty includes the Atlanta Symphony trombone section and Dr. Bradley Palmer.

A premier week-long annual get-together in Asia since 2011, for international trombonists of all levels for learning, exchange, development, and fellowship. Hosted annually in the 2nd week of July.

European Trombone Festival hosted by the New Trombone Collective, a group of Dutch trombonists.

The Rafael Mendez Brass Institute is held at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Participants include advanced high school students, college music majors, young professionals, and serious amateurs of all ages.

Lieksa Brass Week is the biggest brass music festival in the Nordic countries. Lieksa Brass Week includes music courses, international competition, and the classical concert series as well as open-air performances.

The International Women’s Brass Conference exists to provide opportunities that will educate, develop, support and inspire all women brass musicians who desire to pursue professional careers in music.

International Trombone Festival is the world’s largest festival for trombonists.
