This is quite a good group of arrangements for trombone quartet. Titles include: Abide With Me, Amazing Grace! How Sweet The Sound, Be Still, My Soul (Finlandia), In The Garden, The Spacious Firmament On High (The Creation), Holy, Holy, Holy!  Lord God Almighty, How Great Thou Art, I Love To Tell The Story, Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee (Ode To Joy), The Old Rugged Cross, Onward Christian Soldiers, Praise The Lord! Ye Heavens Adore Him (Haydn), Rock Of Ages, Cleft For Me, Turn your Eyes upon Jesus, Were You There. These quartets are for college and above players. The high note for first trombone is just one b-flat1; there are many a-flat1s. A good deal of variety is incorporated into the arrangements, e.g. solos, octaves, etc., which generate interest. Lyrics for the hymns and spirituals are available at the Cherry Classics website. I strongly recommend these arrangements. Presentation of the material is excellent.
