Piano score and solo part

Primary Genre: Elementary Material - solo
Secondary Genre: Solo Tenor Trombone - with piano

This piece is comprised of two contrasted sections, Andante ‘Reflective’ and Allegro ‘Cheerful’, both in F major, and both of elementary difficulty, range A–d1. Except for a final glissando from 6th position, only the first five positions are required. The accompaniment part is also easy, but harmonically quite sophisticated. The composers are experienced teachers, and they have provided young students with material that has both an appropriate level of technical challenge and enough melodic interest to be a good selection for a recital program, and maybe even a nice little encore piece for the teacher.
