University of Texas at Austin celebrates ITW

Tonight! April 6, 2023: Director Nathaniel Brickens and The University of Texas at Austin’s Trombone Choir welcome special guests Megumi Kanda, Principal Trombone of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and Marcia Medrano of the Escuela Superior de Música (ESM) and the Facultad de Música de la UNAM (FaM) in Mexico City.

UTexas Trombone Choir

Prelude music will be provided by trombonists from local high schools including Bowie HS, Cedar Park HS, Dripping Springs HS, Reagan HS (San Antonio), Vandegrift HS, Walsh MS, McNeil HS, and Leander HS.

A livestream will be available for everyone to enjoy beginning at 7:30pm (Austin, TX time).
